As IT Manager you are responsible for the operational management of the IT-Services and infrastructure of CallExcell, including the management of the external customers for which we deliver these services. Your IT Team contains around 12 internal employees supported by external partners.
This is managed following the known ITIL-processes of which the delivery service management towards our customers is crucial.
You will work closely with the business being operations managers, account managers and other supporting services.
- Operational management of the internal IT-infrastructure including the Stayen-complex and other external companies/customers.
- Guarantee satisfaction of the internal employees.
- Follow technological trends and evolutions within the domain.
- Act as co-entrepreneur for your internal as well as external business customers, thereby advise where technology could be an enabler to realize business goals.
- Manage certain IT issue escalations coming from first- and second-line support.
- Guarantee external customer satisfaction.
- Initiate/deliver the IT structure for new projects.
